Job Summary
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on functional and rehabilitative needs. Deliver skilled therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, function, and independence while monitoring progress to modify plans as appropriate. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on exercises, mobility techniques, and therapeutic equipment. Coordinate daily caseloads, patient assignments, and clinical workflow to ensure smooth communication during care transitions. Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Maintain compliance with all clinical, regulatory, and professional standards. Full-time day shift with rotating weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Current Physical Therapist license
- Minimum of two years of experience in an acute care setting
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Clinical decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Availability for rotating weekends
