Job Summary
Manage and provide skilled physical therapy to patients with diverse diagnoses and disabilities, conducting evaluations and treatments tailored to individual functional levels to maximize independence. Perform professional consultations to address special physical or age-related needs in accordance with patient potential. Requires Oregon Physical Therapist License and National Provider BLS certification upon hire. Full-time day schedule at Providence St Vincent Medical Center in Portland, OR.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree From an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Master's Degree From an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- D.P.T. From an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Oregon Physical Therapist License
- License in states wherever care is delivered
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
