Job Summary
Manage patient care by evaluating needs, establishing treatment plans, and treating patients according to assigned plans. Coordinate supervision of assistants and aides, oversee delivery of services per established plans, and complete weekly reports and patient summaries. Participate in screenings, meetings, and quarterly quality improvement initiatives while ensuring complete monthly billing. Treat patients in accordance with the plan of care and assist in maintaining department cleanliness.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a licensed Physical Therapist in the State of New Jersey.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds without assistance.
Desired Qualifications
- CPR certification preferred.
