Job Summary
Provide Geriatric House CallsTM to older adults with evidence-based therapy in a private-practice setting; opportunities include full-time salaried roles with benefits as well as FOX Flex PRN positions paid per visit. You’ll deliver proactive, patient-centered physical therapy, work autonomously, manage scheduling and caseload, pursue ongoing professional growth, and participate in the Emerging Professionals Mentor Program. Requires a licensed PT (state of practice) or eligibility, CPR, and computer literacy; career growth opportunities across acute to outpatient settings.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Current CPR certification
- Basic computer literacy
