Job Summary
Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings using evidence-based techniques to improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent permanent physical disabilities. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other care team members while educating patients and families on treatment plans, exercises, and post-care recovery. Accurately document assessments, goals, progress notes, and discharge summaries in the EMR system and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards, policies, and procedures. Participate in team meetings, continuing education, and quality improvement initiatives. Requires a Doctorate or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy, current state licensure, and CPR/BLS certification.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
- CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain upon hire)
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience preferred (new graduates encouraged to apply)
- Prior experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings is a plus
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
