Job Summary
Provide high-quality, evidence-based rehabilitation services as a Physical Therapist within the Healthcare & Medical Services department. You will evaluate functional limitations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions to support recovery and mobility. Work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment, document care, coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, and educate patients and families. CMHC supports professional development and a culture of safety and respect across Maine facilities.
