Physical Therapist

Conduct comprehensive assessments, design and implement individualized rehab plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize functional outcomes for diverse patient populations. Educate patients and families, document progress in EMR, and contribute to quality initiatives while growing professionally in a supportive environment. This role provides evidence-based evaluation and treatment within the Healthcare & Medical Services department at Central Maine Medical Center.
