Job Summary
Oversee the outpatient orthopedic therapy center and uphold executive decisions while managing physician relationships and patient portfolios. Utilize the local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors, and case managers for optimal patient outcomes. Expand and develop a team of talented physical therapists and assistants, and partner with philanthropic programs to give back to the community. Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities to support professional growth. This role includes a full-time Monday-Friday schedule with a starting salary of $100,000 plus a bonus and student loan repayment program.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy
- Valid State Physical Therapist License
- CPR Certification
