Job Summary

Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care based on clinical findings, functional limitations, and patient goals. Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re-education to improve strength, mobility, and balance. Monitor patient progress, modify treatment plans, and educate patients on diagnoses, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies. Maintain accurate documentation using Prompt and collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants, front office staff, and interdisciplinary providers.

Required Qualifications

  • Active New Hampshire Physical Therapist license in good standing
  • Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dedication to delivering high-quality, evidence-based patient care
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, vestibular rehabilitation, or functional rehabilitation
