Physical Therapist

Assess residents, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver individualized interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document in the EMR, and educate residents and families. Provide skilled therapy services in a post-acute and long-term care setting within a resident-centered, hospitality-driven environment.
