Job Summary
Provide and direct resident rehabilitation care, evaluating needs to establish effective treatment plans and managing coordination with nursing and clinical staff. Perform necessary clinical documentation and maintain accurate billing records to meet center, state, federal, and accrediting agency requirements. Participate in resident screening, provide feedback on clinical issues, and complete in-service training as requested. May travel to other facilities for limited service delivery. This role offers part-time and per diem opportunities with a family-owned culture committed to therapist success and high-level patient care across skilled nursing and rehab settings.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy
- Current and Active Physical Therapist license within the state of operations
Desired Qualifications
- Prefer-experience/knowledge in older adult rehabilitation
- Prefer knowledge in governmental and regulatory guidelines in designated healthcare settings
