Job Summary
Provide resident rehabilitation care as a Physical Therapist, evaluating resident needs and establishing effective treatment plans; collaborate with nursing and clinical staff; maintain accurate documentation and billing; may travel to other facilities on a limited basis; must hold a Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy and an active PT license for the state of operation; preferred experience in older adult rehabilitation and familiarity with governmental/regulatory guidelines. This role is based in Peabody, MA at CareOne’s in-house rehab team with opportunities for career advancement across a multi-state network.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy
- Current and Active Physical Therapist license within the state of operations
- Prefer-experience/knowledge in older adult rehabilitation
- Prefer knowledge in governmental and regulatory guidelines in designated healthcare settings
