Job Summary
Provide and direct resident rehabilitation care within all general accepted practice methods, meeting center, state, federal, and accrediting standards. Evaluate resident needs to establish effective treatment plans and coordinate supervision with all staff and disciplines. Participate in resident screening, provide clinical feedback to supervisors, and perform necessary documentation and billing records to meet regulatory requirements. Maintain complete, accurate, and timely records while attending in-service training programs as requested. This role may involve limited travel to other facilities. Located in Holyoke, MA, with a salary range of $50.00 to $60.00 based on experience and schedule. Requires a Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy and an active license.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy
- Current and Active Physical Therapist license within the state of operations
Desired Qualifications
- Prefer-experience/knowledge in older adult rehabilitation
- Prefer knowledge in governmental and regulatory guidelines in designated healthcare settings
