Job Summary
Evaluate individuals referred for physical therapy services, establish diagnoses and treatment plans, and re-assess ongoing effects of care. Collaborate with care delivery teams and supervise physical therapist assistants and aides within the outpatient cancer rehab clinic. This role requires working Monday through Friday, including one evening shift until 7 pm, with no weekend or holiday coverage. Candidates must hold current Wisconsin licensure and BLS certification, with lymphedema certification preferred or attainable post-hire.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or higher
- Current State of WI Physical Therapist licensure
- Current BLS (CPR) certification or ability to obtain upon hire
- Must be available for evening shifts until 7 pm
- Must be available for Monday through Thursday and Friday shifts
- Must be available for 7am-7pm Monday through Thursday schedule
- Must be available for 7am-5:30pm Friday schedule
- Must be able to work one evening until close at 7 pm
- Must be able to work 0.6 FTE
- Must be able to work at ProHealth Care outpatient therapy clinic
- Must be able to work with oncology patients
- Must be able to work at Cancer Rehab outpatient therapy clinic
- Must be able to evaluate individuals referred for physical therapy services
- Must be able to establish a physical therapy diagnosis, prognosis, and plan of treatment
- Must be able to re-assess the ongoing effects of treatment
- Must be able to collaborate with and provide consultation to others in care delivery
- Must be able to supervise physical therapist assistants and aides
- Must be able to work in a drug-free workplace
- Must be able to pass pre-employment substance abuse testing
Desired Qualifications
- At least 1 year of related therapy experience preferred
- Lymphedema certification preferred or ability to become lymphedema certified after hire
- Cancer rehab experience preferred
- Passion for cancer rehab
