Job Summary
Physical Therapist needed for in-home and senior living-based care in Burlington, NC. Provide one-on-one therapy to older adults in private residences and senior living communities, conduct evaluations and develop plans of care, deliver evidence-based treatment to improve mobility and independence, document in FOX’s EMR, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and caregivers, and optionally incorporate telehealth to extend access. Roles include Full-time In-Home & Senior Living Care, Part-time, and PRN options with H1B sponsorship available for qualified clinicians; new graduates eligible. Licensed PT with a passion for geriatric care and flexible scheduling to support older adults in their own homes and communities.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Basic computer and EMR proficiency
- Current CPR certification
