Job Summary
Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) needed for in-home care in Seekonk, MA. Part-Time/Per Diem role providing in-home evaluations, developing personalized care plans, and skilled PT interventions to improve strength, balance, mobility, and safety. Educate clients and families on exercises and home safety. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team and document care using a mobile EMR. Requires active MA PT license, DPT or MPT from an accredited program, CPR certification, reliable vehicle and valid driver's license. New grads welcome; 1+ year of experience preferred. Mileage reimbursement available and flexible scheduling.
