Job Summary
In-home Physical Therapist (PT) to perform in-home PT evaluations, create personalized care plans, provide skilled PT interventions to improve strength, balance, mobility and safety, educate clients and families on exercises and home safety, collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team, and document care using a mobile EMR. Part-time/per diem role with flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, and local visits in the Dighton, MA area. Requires MA PT license, DPT/MPT from an accredited program, CPR, reliable vehicle, and drivers license.
Required Qualifications
- Active MA PT license
- DPT or MPT from an accredited program
- CPR certified
- 1+ year of experience preferred (new grads welcome)
- Reliable vehicle & valid driver’s license
