Physical Therapist

In-home Physical Therapist role providing evaluations and personalized care plans to improve strength, balance, gait, and functional mobility. Responsibilities include delivering skilled therapy, educating patients and families on home exercise programs and safe mobility, collaborating with nurses, OTs, HHAs, and case managers, documenting progress in a mobile EMR, and ensuring safety and quality outcomes aligned with BrightStar’s standards. Flexible hours with local visits within your preferred service area and a mobile-friendly EMR system; part-time position with mileage reimbursement and a focus on independent as well as team-based care. Requires MA PT license, DPT/MPT, CPR, reliable vehicle, and ability to work independently or with a care team.
