Job Summary
In-home Physical Therapist (PT) with BrightStar Care. Perform in-home PT evaluations, create personalized care plans, and provide skilled interventions to improve strength, balance, mobility, and safety. Educate clients and families on exercises and home safety. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team and document care using a mobile EMR. Flexible schedule (Part-Time / Per Diem) with local visits in your preferred area; mileage reimbursement and opportunities for career growth.
Required Qualifications
- Active MA PT license
- DPT or MPT from an accredited program
- CPR certified
- 1+ year of experience preferred (new grads welcome)
- Reliable vehicle & valid driver’s license
