Job Summary
Deliver evidence-based physical therapy to a diverse patient population with orthopedic conditions. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations (goniometry, manual muscle testing, functional assessments), developing and implementing 1:1 treatment plans, administering therapeutic exercises and manual therapies (Graston, Dry Needling, MDT, Mulligan), and using modalities to reduce pain and improve function. Emphasizes patient education, EMR documentation (Epic Hyperspace), multidisciplinary collaboration, supervision of a 1:1 PT to PTA ratio, and ongoing professional development with upcoming services like Blood Flow Restriction Therapy. Preference for orthopedic experience, board certification in Orthopedics or Sports Medicine, and Epic Hyperspace proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Illinois
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred)
