Job Summary
Conduct initial evaluations, recurring treatments, progress notes, and discharge documentation for patients. Manage patient care per provider orders while overseeing PTA and technician support staff. Maintain detailed electronic health records and ensure strict compliance with HIPAA and practice policies. Lead clinic team members in accordance with established procedures. Travel may be required between locations. This role supports the Bone & Joint Institute of South Georgia's mission to provide top-tier rehabilitation services across multiple Southeast Georgia counties.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- MSPT/DPT Degree from Accredited University, Approved by APTA
- Active State License for GA
- Current BLS Certification
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Type 40 WPM
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Desired Qualifications
- Two years in Outpatient Physical Therapy experience
- orthopedic experience
