Job Summary
Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients while maintaining compliance with state, local, and federal regulations. Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services training. Maintain open communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors. Attend center meetings as directed by the center manager. NovaCare Rehabilitation operates 1,900 centers across 39 states, supporting specialties including sports medicine, neuro, and hand therapy. The role offers a Monday-Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with a starting base salary of $75,000 to $90,000.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT school
- Outpatient Clinical Rotation if current student
- Outpatient experience in the last 5 years if practicing clinician
- Valid State Physical Therapist License
- CPR certification
