Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist role at Barnes-Jewish Hospital (Saint Louis, MO) requiring full-time hours in an acute care setting. 1:1 patient care with a wide range of patient types across medicine, surgery, orthopedics, neurology, cardiopulmonary, oncology, and NICU, within a ~100-person rehab department. Responsibilities include establishing treatment plans, delivering therapy, educating patients and families, collaborating with physicians and nurses, delegating to assistants/students, completing documentation, and performing assessments/reassessments. Mentorship, professional development, and exposure to a broad spectrum of disease states are emphasized. Mon–Fri days with weekend rotation. Minimum education is a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy; licensure as a Physical Therapist is required; a Master’s in PT is preferred.
