Job Summary
Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. Utilize therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and patient education to restore function and reduce pain. Monitor patient progress, modify plans as needed, and accurately complete evaluations, daily notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries. Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and long-term wellness strategies while collaborating with physicians and other healthcare providers. Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations and clinic policies. Requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and current Georgia license; offers competitive salary, flexible scheduling, and potential for a four-day clinical schedule with one administrative day.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Current or eligible Georgia Physical Therapy license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for providing exceptional patient care
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Desired Qualifications
- Outpatient orthopedic experience
- Manual therapy training or certification
- Dry Needling certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Vestibular rehabilitation experience is a plus
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
