Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. Treat these conditions using evidence-based interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular reeducation, and patient education. Monitor progress, modify plans as needed, and accurately complete documentation such as daily notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries. Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and long-term wellness strategies while collaborating with physicians to ensure coordinated care. Maintain compliance with state, federal regulations, and clinic policies.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Current or eligible Georgia Physical Therapy license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for providing exceptional patient care
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Desired Qualifications
- Outpatient orthopedic experience
- Manual therapy training or certification
- Dry Needling certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Vestibular rehabilitation experience is a plus
- New graduates
