Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting to help abolish ageism and drive rewarding patient outcomes. Deliver clinically excellent autonomous interventions within senior living community partners or via Geriatric House CallsTM to older adults in their communities. Collaborate within an interdisciplinary therapy team focused on functional outcomes while utilizing cutting-edge technology. Maintain a valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice, hold current CPR certification, and possess basic computer literacy skills. Enjoy flexibility to create, control, and alter your treatment schedule as part of a clinician-operated private practice.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Current CPR certification
