Job Summary
Oversee, plan, and administer physical therapy evaluations and treatments to Rocky Mountain Health Care Services program participants, blending outpatient, home health, and geriatric care to restore function and prevent disability. Serve as a required member of the Interdisciplinary Team, attending daily meetings to develop treatment plans, assess strength and motor function, and adjust interventions based on participant progress. Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants, rehabilitation technicians, and students while training family members and staff on mobility, safety, and functional independence techniques. Evaluate and fit prosthetic and orthotic devices, communicate with Long-Term Care facility leadership, and fulfill all company documentation requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a Doctor of Physical Therapy or 4-year program from an accredited school
- Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications
- Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with participants, co-workers, vendors, medical staff, and the public
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs

- 2 years of relevant work experience
- 2 years of experience working with an adult or geriatric population
