Job Summary
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for outpatient musculoskeletal injuries, sports performance, and preventative care. Deliver skilled manual therapy and therapeutic exercise interventions while monitoring progress toward functional goals. Educate patients on injury prevention and long-term wellness, and collaborate with multidisciplinary providers to optimize outcomes. Maintain timely and accurate documentation for all cases. This role offers 1-on-1 treatment in a stimulating gym environment with all insurances accepted, plus a pay-for-service component and profit sharing.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Active state licensure
- Strong orthopedic and musculoskeletal clinical skills
- Passion for performance, prevention, and wellness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented mindset with growth ambition
Desired Qualifications
- Certifications such as dry needling, cupping, BFR, or other manual therapy specialties
