Job Summary
Provide individualized, evidence-based outpatient orthopedic physical therapy plans and deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy. Collaborate with peers in a team environment, help patients build lasting connections with local providers, and engage in ongoing education and development programs. Eligible for In Upstream’s mentorship, residency/fellowship programs, and growth opportunities within a national network. Licensure in Virginia (or eligibility) required; the role supports full-time, part-time, or PRN employment across Upstream Rehabilitation clinics.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
- Active Virginia Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
