Job Summary
Perform and oversee evidence-based outpatient orthopedic physical therapy, developing individualized care plans and delivering high-quality, outcome-driven therapy. Collaborate with peers in a values-driven team, engage in mentorship and ongoing education, participate in residency/fellowship programs and CEU opportunities, and contribute to a growth-focused clinic with opportunities toward ownership/partnership. Eligible applicants include new graduates; the role supports a flexible schedule across full-time, part-time, or PRN assignments within Upstream Rehabilitation’s network.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
- Active Delaware Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
- New graduates eligible for consideration
