Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedic role focused on developing individualized, evidence-based care plans and delivering high-quality, outcomes-driven outpatient therapy. Collaborate with peers in a values-driven team to support patient care, growth within Upstream Rehabilitation, and participation in mentorship, residency/fellowship programs, and ongoing CEU opportunities. Eligible for positions across full-time, part-time, or PRN with a clear path to professional development and clinic ownership/partnership potential.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
- Active Tennessee Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
