Job Summary
Provide evidence-based outpatient orthopedic physical therapy as part of a collaborative clinical team. Develop individualized care plans, deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy, and support ongoing learning through Upstream Rehabilitation’s education programs. Eligible and new-grad clinicians will receive mentorship, structured onboarding, and opportunities for residency/fellowship programs, with a clear path toward professional growth and potential clinical leadership within a nationwide network.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
- Active North Carolina Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
- Ability to deliver outpatient orthopedic physical therapy
