Assess patients and develop and initiate physical therapy treatment plans based on evaluations in outpatient orthopedic care; provide direct patient care per established protocols; document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers; supervise assistants and rehabilitation technicians; develop a written plan of care with goals and a comprehensive program to meet them; effectively communicate with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurers; ensure timely documentation (daily notes, weekly reports, initial evaluations, discharge summaries, incident reports); work autonomously in a clinical setting; utilize EMR and standard software; position offers relocation assistance with sign-on bonus and competitive salary; opportunity for professional development, specialization, and leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
