Job Summary
Physical Therapist (PT) needed to join BAYADA Home Health Care’s Sierra Vista Visits team. PTs work with clients in-home, craft treatment plans, perform diagnostic tests (mobility, strength, balance), implement interventions (manual therapy, gait training, wound care), educate clients and families, and document care using a touch pad tablet. Full-time retention bonus up to $30,000 or pro-rated for part-time travel between Sierra Vista and Benson, AZ, with flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits. This is a home-health role with emphasis on home-based rehabilitation, documentation, and collaborative care within a multidisciplinary team.
Required Qualifications
- A current Physical Therapist - PT license in Arizona
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
