Job Summary
Conduct home health visits to adult and geriatric clients in designated territories, performing diagnostic tests for mobility, balance, and strength. Implement integumentary protective interventions and develop individualized care plans including manual therapeutic exercises and gait training. Continually assess and revise care plans while educating clients and family members on rehabilitative activities. Accurately document observations and interventions using a touch pad tablet. Requires a current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license, one year of recent clinical experience, and strong problem-solving skills. Base pay ranges from $65.00 to $75.00 per point.
Required Qualifications
- One year prior clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist
- A current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist - PT license
- A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist - PT
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem solving skills
