Physical Therapist

Responsible for the daily coordination and delivery of physical therapy services implementing specific treatment program for individual patients and patient groups according to the principles and practices of physical therapy and established objectives of the department. Evaluates assigned patients, develops and implements individualized treatment programs, reviews plans of care, instructs patients and families, maintains documentation, communicates with the care team, attends care conferences, collaborates with interdisciplinary team, supports professional growth, and oversees PT staff including assistants, techs, and students to ensure safe patient care and efficient department operation.
