Job Summary
Provide evidence-based physical therapy services to a diverse patient population with orthopedic conditions in Aurora, IL. Conduct thorough evaluations (goniometry, manual muscle testing, functional assessments) and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians. Apply a broad range of techniques including manual therapy (Graston, Dry Needling, MDT, Mulligan), therapeutic exercises, and modalities to reduce pain and improve function. Educate patients on conditions, goals, and injury prevention; document progress in Epic Hyperspace; collaborate with a multidisciplinary team; supervise a 1:1 PT to PTA ratio; pursue continuing education and advanced PT techniques (including Blood Flow Restriction Therapy).
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Illinois
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred)
