Job Summary
Conduct patient assessments and evaluations of functional status, mobility, endurance, pain, and medical conditions to determine treatment plans. Perform interventions aimed at improving patient well-being and evaluate progress toward goals. Maintain a current driver's license, valid vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle for home visits. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a health-related field, graduation from a CAPTE-accredited program, and a Physical Therapist license upon hire. CPR certification is required upon hire. Sign-on bonus available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a health-related field like biology, exercise science, or kinesiology
- Graduate of an accredited program from a CAPTE-accredited school
- PT - Physical Therapist
- CPR - Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation
- DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State
- current driver's license

- access to a dependable vehicle
