Job Summary
Provide outpatient physical therapy services in a homecare setting for orthopedic rehabilitation patients as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). Work within a private-practice team to deliver patient-centered care, develop and implement rehabilitation plans, educate patients and caregivers, and contribute to continuous growth and professional development in a leading orthopedic/sports medicine rehabilitation clinic in Garden City, MI. In-person, home-based PT for patients in Southeastern Michigan; collaborate with senior therapists and clinicians to optimize patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Michigan or eligible for licensure
- Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assisting
- State PTA license or eligibility
- Excellent communication and patient-care skills
- Ability to work autonomously in home-based outpatient setting
- Knowledge of orthopedic rehabilitation principles
- Strong collaboration with clinicians and staff
