Job Summary
Provide orthopedic and sports-related rehabilitation under the direction of a PT for active adults and athletes in an open-gym environment. Coach patients through exercise progressions, movement retraining, and load management; apply manual therapy when beneficial; participate in clinical decision-making and documentation; engage in mentorship and growth with the Clinic Director and PTs; contribute to high-quality, efficient patient care and ongoing progression toward independence in a sport/orthopedic rehab setting.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant or eligible in Washington State
- Strong communication skills
- Interest in sports, movement, and performance-based rehab
