Job Summary
Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care as a Physical Therapist Assistant under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans; track patient progress and collaborate with the clinical team; participate in Upstream’s mentorship and CEU opportunities; contributions to patient relationships and community care. Qualifications: graduate of an accredited PTA program and active Tennessee PTA license (or eligibility). Location: Tullahoma, TN. Employment type: full-time, part-time or PRN roles available within outpatient orthopedic settings. Compensation: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires; benefits include employer-paid medical premiums, dental and vision, 401k with match, PTO and holidays, and ongoing professional development.
Required Qualifications
