Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, helping patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans. Track patient progress and collaborate closely with your clinical team while fostering positive relationships with patients, providers, and the local community. Continue professional growth through Upstream's mentorship and learning programs. This role supports patients recovering movement to return to activities they love within a modern outpatient orthopedic setting.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active MS PTA license (or eligibility)
