Job Summary
Deliver hands-on, evidence-based physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, helping patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans. Track patient progress, collaborate with the clinical team, foster positive relationships with patients and the community, and participate in mentorship and continuing education programs. The role includes flexibility to float across outpatient clinics in the Columbia area and nearby clinics, with a supportive leadership structure and competitive incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active Tennessee PTA license (or eligibility)
