Job Summary
Deliver hands-on, evidence-based Physical Therapist Assistant care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist in outpatient orthopedic settings. Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans, track progress, and collaborate with the clinical team. This role supports float assignments across Ardmore, Tullahoma, Shelbyville, Lewisburg, and Fayetteville clinics, with opportunities for mentorship, professional development, and growth within the Upstream Rehabilitation network.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active Tennessee PTA license (or eligibility)
