Job Summary
Provide hands-on, evidence-based Physical Therapist Assistant services in an outpatient orthopedic setting under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Deliver individualized treatment plans to help patients improve mobility, strength, and function; track patient progress and collaborate with the clinical team; participate in Upstream mentorship and learning programs. Requires graduation from an accredited PTA program and an active North Carolina PTA license (or eligibility).
