Job Summary
Conduct home-based physical therapy treatment, instruct patients on active and passive exercises, and guide families in functional mobility and safety transfers. Perform procedures within your scope of training while strictly following the supervising Physical Therapist's established plan of care. Document patient responses to treatment and coordinate care with nurses and physicians as needed. Available to work a weekend rotation. Compensation includes an annual target of $55,329 to $82,993, with per-visit point pay ranging from $31.92 to $47.88 and hourly rates from $26.60 to $39.90. Requires a current license to assist in physical therapy practice and a dependable vehicle.
Required Qualifications
- Current, licensed, registered, or certified to assist in the practice of physical therapy in state of practice
- Current driver's license and vehicle insurance
- Access to a dependable vehicle
- Public transportation
- Available to work a weekend rotation
- Ability to pass a drug test
Desired Qualifications
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to complete CPR certification within 90 days of hire
