Job Summary
Conduct treatment, provide exercise instruction, and deliver patient education to improve well-being while following the established plan of care. Perform duties as a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant at Piedmont Augusta Hospital. Maintain current licensure, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license upon hire. Schedule flexibility is available for this role.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree from a CAPTE accredited program
- PTA - Physical Therapist Assistant Current licensed, registered, or certified to assist in the practice of physical therapy in state of practice
- CPR - Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation
- DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State
