Job Summary
Develop and implement treatment plans with Physical Therapists to help patients regain movement and manage pain. Monitor and document patient progress during therapy sessions while educating families on at-home exercises and care routines. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care for individuals in geriatrics, orthopedics, or hospital settings. This role supports our mission to provide high-quality, compassionate home care tailored to unique needs, fostering independence and quality of life for our clients.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of physiology and occupational health practices
- Familiarity with inpatient therapy procedures
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in patient care, particularly in geriatrics, orthopedics, or hospital settings, is preferred or home care
