Job Summary
Deliver high-quality treatment under the direction of a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting, progressing patients toward functional goals through evidence-based care. Build strong patient relationships, communicate clinical updates to the supervising PT, and complete timely, accurate documentation. Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing clinic environment while managing an average of less than 12 patients per day. Earn a weekly bonus based on patient volume, with opportunities to earn up to an additional $8,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
