Provide high-quality patient care under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, treating patients, addressing their questions, and educating them on injuries, progress, and long-term wellness strategies. Supervise Techs during modalities for federal payers and non-BCBSM patients, assisting with setup and cleanup while maintaining productivity expectations of 60 treatments in a 40-hour week. Complete accurate, timely documentation for daily notes and discharges, assist in developing treatment protocols, and participate in clinic research studies. Continue professional growth through CEUs and approved coursework. Earn $26–$32 per hour as part of a therapist-owned network delivering exceptional outpatient therapy across Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Georgia.
